My air conditioner isnt working and my ac compressor isnt turning on and i changed compressor, the expansion valve, discharge hose, ac condensor dryer and after that i did the vacuum i added the refrigerant  and the compressor didnt turn on what could be the cause of the ac not working i also checked all the fuses and they work and i turned on manually the compressor and it engaded manually
