Chevrolet Caps on GMC SLT Wheels

I bought what I think were slt wheels from someone from marketplace . Was missing one cap and I ordered pt#22909149 to replace them with Chevrolet caps . They look identical to the gmc 22910735 but are a little wider and maybe shorter . I trimmed it with a side grinder and got it to fit but keeping the cut the same was a challenge. I’m sure I could do better with a dremle or bandsaw . Before I hack the other 3 does anyone know a part number that would fit without mods. Attached pictures . They look way better with the bow tie .
