With the different ideas folks have for eliminating or controling autostop on the 19-21 Silverados/Sierras has anyone come up with a solution to keep sport mode turned on?

From my understanding, sport mode (and trailer mode for that matter) changes more than disabling the auto start/stop. I believe it changes shift points too.

Many (including myself) have purchased this:

Yeah, it's $100, so that's up to you to decide if it's worth it to you. For me, it was.

I think my statement was misunderstood. I realize sport mode has nothing to do with the autostop. My question was, if there is technology to work the autostop could there be something done to keep the sport mode active all the time.

I didn’t think sport/tow mode disabled Start/Stop on the 19-21?

You can turn that feature off with the press of a button.

Tow/Haul mode does disable the Auto Stop/Start feature without needing to press the center-stack switch, however, using Sport mode does not.  But getting to the OP's original question, I know of no way to continuously enable Sport mode so that it stays engaged when you restart the truck.  As we all know, Tow/Haul mode will stay enabled, once selected, if you restart the truck within approximately fours hours of having last turned it off, so it's obviously technically possible to do the same with Sport mode, but I'm unaware of any way to do that with any aftermarket offering or dealer reprogramming.
