Codes P25A2, U0146, U0101, U0100.   Bumper to bumper expired at 36k, I'm at 44k.  To fix, they say they need to program EBCM, $162.   That should be warranty work right?  I have a 100k warranty.

I had an intermittent P25A2 code and they updated the EBCM. I'm under 36k miles so warranty work, but technically I think that falls outside the powertrain warranty so might not be covered if bumper to bumper is expired. The CEL happened a couple times before I got this flash update.

I also had a P147B for a particulate sensor that needed to be replaced.

ok. I was just pissed because its a reprogram.  Not mechanical work..reprogramming.  I figured they would just do it.

Sure.  GM should cover that.  If a software update was required, someone screwed up somewhere and GM should pay to get that fixed.
