What are some of you people with leather interior using to take care of it?  I have used the creams in the past but now there are these leather wipes by various makers in the stores everywhere.  What are some of your opinions?  Personnally I am not an Armor-All fan but how are there leather wipes as oppossed to others.

I use Lexol leather cleaner and leather protectant on all leather.  Used it for years and never had a problem.  Hyde Food is very good too but it is very hard to find.  That is what is recommended by Rolls.  I would stay far away from Armor All.  Since it is silicone based, it tends to dry out leather and plastics.

I've used the wipes on the dashboard and other plastic trim (never the leather stuff) and it shines them up nice, however it leaves them greasy to the touch for a day or two.  I normally use the towels that I dry my car with to clean off the dash.

For leather I know meguaires makes a leather cleaner and conditioner.  I would give that a shot since Meguaires makes all around good car care products.

I agree with carguru, armor all and those protectants can dry out leather.  I use the leather wipes once in a while and keep it clean.

I have heard Lexol is a good product as well.

I think I have the Meguiars stuff.  It's a two bottle setup.

One is a cleaner, that I use with a good, stiff brush (keep your minds out of the gutters) to get stuff out of the cracks and a towel.

After a thorough cleaning and them air drying (only takes a minute or two), I use the cream conditioner that I apply with my hands.  I usually let it sit overnight then wipe off the excess the next morning.

I have gotten many a compliments on my leather seats, primarily in the Aurora and Tahoe as they were tan and light gray respectively so it was easier to see any imperfections.  The semi-fake stuff in the truck is darker and isn't as soft, so even after doing this treatment it doesn't look as soft and supple.
