2018 Silverado all Kinds of codes...PO 700 - UO 100- UO 101- UOO73

2018 Silverado 5.3. Engine light is on. 

I have the following codes UO 100, UOO73, PO700, UO 101.

These all seem to point towards some type of loss of communication between the ECM and TCM.....

 

Dealership already replaced the TCM. Was good for maybe three weeks. Then a no start light comes back on and all of those codes found.

Anyone have the same problem and get it fixed? If so what was the fix?
