Mirror assy part numbers? 2015 sierra

I need to replace the drivers side mirror on my 2015 sierra dl3 option code, power fold, dimming, heated, turn signal, chrome cap,   and the part numbers on partsdirect and rock auto are somewhat confusing. 

 

what is the correct part for this set of options?  Thanks.
