Ok so I disconnected my battery ground a few weeks ago to work on my alternator and since then the radio won't work. Turns out the ignition switched wire has no power no matter the ignition position. The constant supply has power. All fuses check out good. All other accessories work fine. Any ideas where to start?

I'd start at the Ground wire you disconnected, make sure it's a good (clean and tight) connection) connection and that the cable will carry the load, some may tell you to go ahead and replace the ground cable. If that checks ok start with the  ignition SWITCH, not the lock, the SWITCH. Get a circuit diagram and a test light or Volt, Ohm Meter (VOM) Test lights are operated with one hand, a VOM that's 2 hands. Read the diagram, figure out what's supposed to have voltage and what's not, trace it out to the beginning of the problem, it may be the Ignition Switch (if you're very lucky) but it prolly isn't.

You know how the radio stays on after you turn off the engine (an unnecessary feature IMHO) until you open a door or the timer runs out? Well I got ONE door that turns off the radio now, the RT. Rear door. I think there is a lever not moving in the door latch(es) as it was only ONE door last summer, it was the driver's door. I replaced the latch/switch assembly and still the radio plays when the door is opened. I thought in that case there is a relay that's not operating, but now it's multiple doors. It'll have to keep til it gets warm again, I'm not worrying about that when it's 21 degrees outside.

Ok I'll start at the switch even though I don't suspect that as everything but the radio is working. The retained accessory power is working as it should, like the windows and the dash lights. Could it be that relay would have gone only partially bad so that only the radio wouldn't work? Any thoughts?
