I posted about a week ago that my 1992 K1500's wipers and washer were not working properly in a couple of settings.  @dogbiscuit correctly assessed that the problem was the wiper pulse board.  I replaced that and now the wipers are working in all settings, except that they now are straight up when in they are off, or when they are pausing between intermittent wipes.  Anyone have a clue on what's causing that?

Thanks,

Woodman

the arm that bolts to the motor is probably installed 180 off . take the plastic grill at the base of the windshield off to access it

I agree. Wiper parts have to be installed in the correct orientation or they will produce undesired operation. Some vehicles will destroy the parts if you install the parts improperly and then turn the wipers on.
