Need Help with Sevice Engine Light

Okay I just bought a 99 Yukon with 88,000 miles on it for 11000. I have already had to replace the radiator for a crack in it. now I am at 91500 miles and the service engine came on. Is the Dealer the only place I can go to get diagnostics done?

 

Does anyone have recommendations that I can do to try to see it it will turn off.
