Looking to replace the pitman and idler arms on my 2016 Silverado 2500 HD/ Duramax 4x4.  I was hoping someone had the torque specs needed for this job.  Steering box mounting bolts, sway arm bolts, both pitman and idler arm nuts, and any additional bolts on the idler arm support etc.  Any help and tips for this job would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Mike Ross

Intermediate shaft to gear box - 33 ft.lbs

Steering gear outlet pipe - 25 ft.lbs.  O-ring on this is one time use.

Power steering inlet hose to gearbox - 25 ft.lbs.  O-ring is one time use.

Stabilizer bar insulator straps - 37 ft.lbs

Stabilizer end link nuts - 17 ft.lbs

Idler to center link nut - 92 ft.lbs

Pitman to center link nut - 92 ft.lbs

Steering gearbox to frame mounting bolts - 203 ft.lbs

Pitman arm to gearbox - 273 ft.lbs

Idler arm to frame mounting bolts/nuts - 122 ft.lbs

If you have the digital steering assist, the module must be unplugged and unfastened from the gear before removing the gearbox.  The module may also need a re-calibration after installing everything back together.
