How possible is it to rear disc brake conversion? 06 sierra

06' sierra 1500 4x4 reg cab long bed 4.8 auto. 

 

Is it possible to do a rear disc brake conversion?  I have to do a bunch of rear brake work, and might as well just change over to discs if i can.

Yes.  There is some kits out there.

Wouldn't I be possible to just go the breakers yard route and get everything from the axle out to replace? (New discs, flexies, pads n shoes of course).
