Electrical issue obs

Hey everyone I messed up and had some wires touch and shorted/ burnt this wire back through my dash my problem is where does this go it is affecting my headlights climate control and windows majorly and my turns make the voltage drop a little bit as well. I'm assuming it's a ground but how would I get these all grounded nicely again??????? Thanks for any and all help

can you post a picture of the damaged wires and a better description of the symptoms? its probably not a ground as the things you said are malfunctioning have seperate grounds
