I bought a new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 om 11/09/2024 from Absolute Chevrolet in Zebulon, NC (Facility #0080813). My complaint is that they offer a $2,000.00 dealer discount on all vehicles and when I didn't accept their trade in offer thet came back and added $8,000.00 more for it. I agreed on the price and deal and didn't notice till days later when I was looking over my paperwork that they didn't give me the discount and they must have used it toward the trade in value. I contacted them and questioned it and no one responded. I asked for a check mailed to me for the dealer discount amount of $2,000.00 unless someone could show me where I received it and again no response. I feel like I was cheated and that it was very shady business.

The best way I heard it explained was that the dealers are independent businesses that operate according to their own set of standards. 

You should never have signed something that you didnt clearly understand, One of the first rules of buying a vehicle.
