Question about installing tow mirrors on my 2018 GMC 1500 Denali Ultimate

I'm looking to switch from the small mirrors to tow mirrors on my 2018 GMC Denali Ultimate.  The small mirrors are power folding and have turn signals on the mirror.  Do I need the wiring harness for the tow mirror install?
