Strongly suggest you get an ALLDATA subscription.

 

From what I see, the dash needs to be removed. Look for a BLK/WHT on pin C5 of the Instrument Panel relay block Ground Bus. It's also connected to the Traction Control Switch BLK/WHT wire and the Multifunction Accessory Switch BLK/WHT wire.
