Hi all,

I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a LS83 5.3L engine. I did a DOD delete on it and installed a Texas speed stage 2 cam. I also installed competition cam lifters.

I purchased Manton 7.850 pushrods and had it tuned.

The issue is it is ticking and I am wondering if the pushrods are too long?

I keep seeing posts about 7.4 length pushrods.

Can anyone give me some advice?

Should I buy a pushrod length tool?

Thanks,

 Todd
