2017 chevy siverado. Today my radio started acting crazy. First, one of the station buttons did not work, then I could not pause a cd that was playing. Back on radio station, it started switching stations then went to the navigation screen then to the search screen and back to the navigation screen. Would a refresh fix this? Also today, my heated seats stopped heating. Any ideas on this?

Lot's of possibilities here.

How old is the battery?

Check grounds?

Radio issue came up a week ago, again, on the forum. Check those posts.

I had a similar problem about a month ago.  Try simply unhooking the battery for 30 minutes then reconnect.  That worked for me.

There’s a guru on this forum whose idea this was so he gets all the credit.  Don’t recall his username but he’s the man.  Good luck.

Sounds like your digitizer has failed. Several recent threads as mentioned above. Just scroll on down.

Can't help with your seats.

Try the battery reset first

could be the beginning of a bad digitizer.
not sure on seats but battery reset usually works.
good luck

My only radio issue has been my radio randomly rebooting, during the first year of ownership, but I did a firmware flash on it and haven't had the problem since. <<knocking on wood>>  Some of the reboots would be just once, and others were several times along my drive home.  If I remember correctly, the most times that it rebooted as 15, that's when I scheduled it to be reflashed.  I even had them check all of the grounds, too.
