2022 refreshed default music player

Anyone figured out how to change the default music player? So when you tell hey google to play music it doesn’t just say you need YouTube music. iTunes or Amazon music.

Google owns YouTube. They don't own Amazon or Apple. I doubt they'd let you use their service to pay a product from a competitor they directly compete with.  I could be wrong though.

Are you able to install Pandora or Spotify on the new head units?  If so, you can likely say "Hey Google, play ****** on Pandora"

I don’t have Spotify but can try pandora.

I just figured it would be an option as you can play Spotify via Siri or apple via Alexa or so forth.

I just ended up saying hey siri instead and works
