2018 GMC Terrain Denali 2.0 Turbo Upgrade?

So off topic of my AT4, we also have a terrain denali with a 2.0t, is it possible to upgrade the turbo if i wanted to or is it build into the manifold like the old cruzes where where you couldn't change it without actual fab work?

I'd like to stick my STi turbo in that thing, just for ****** and gigles.

Anyone know if this is possible or have done this on the 2.0?

  I haven't seen inventory recovery from COVID. In the few random times I 'build my own' truck or SUV, no one has the exact one I want. GM has been working to lower incentives too for a long time. A $500 incentive isn't getting me off the couch to go truck shopping.

  I am curious if they reused the leaf spring ubolts, if you live in a salty road climate it would be obvious but perhaps not otherwise.

  Update. So the engine went out on July 4th and today I picked the truck up with its “new” remanufactured engine. Giving the dealership some credit for the holiday, it took about 2 weeks to get the truck back- so better than i expected for sure. Unfortunately the next steps the dealership gave me to register the new engine so its under warranty were not correct and its confusing on exactly what the warranty will be on this engine- the website says 36 months or 100k miles, however Im currently at 88K miles, so does that mean ive only got 12k miles of warranty on this engine? Ive reached out to GM to get clarification.

  Sure, but you can add all the physical stuff, wiring, switches, computer, relay, etc, the thing that stops it is the programming.
