2018 Silverado 3500 HD V8

current draw with everything closed and powered down .008 A to .0100 A

Every 15 seconds or so, spikes to .077 A and back down (barely able to see without MIN MAX set on DVOM)

Battery voltage itself seems to stay constant, and even increases with time

Left truck overnight in the same as when checking voltage (doors locked, everything off visually) and in the morning, battery is at 11.8V

Vehicle does not have the Seat control module under the drivers seat or memory seats that are affected by the TSB from May 2022

Only thing that i found interesting, is if i unplug the passenger side fuse panel main power connector and re-connect it, my draw goes to .230 A and doesn't seem to go back down, UNLESS i pull fuse #23 AIRBAG / INFO fuse. Draw goes back to normal after plugging fuse back in again.  Tried plugging a 2 leg fuse in to disable either the airbag system OR INFO (assuming its OnStar) system.  Air bag system is the system causing the .230 A draw until unplugged and plugged back in again

any help is appreciated
