Anthony Ventura
Hi all - I have the above truck, it has an 8" touch display which comes standard in them, no Bose. I completely wired by 2008 Impala by myself. I put an aftermarket deck in it with three RCA outputs, easy. This Silverado obviously doesn't have any RCA's coming out of it and I need to use a LOC. I have a four-channel amp for my door speakers and a separate amp for subs. I saw some people using wiring harnesses, and some people splicing into the speaker wires. I bought a PAC 4 channel LOC and a Kicker two channel LOC. I was thinking of maybe getting a AudioControl LC7i which is one 6 channel LOC. How should I wire this and what should I do? This is all the help I need. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

I have the BOSE setup and used a PAC AmpPro AP4-GM61, but this looks like it would work for you to T off the harness in the back of your head unit to run wires, non-BOSE. 2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra NON BOSE Integration Harness - Seems to be out of stock though... SoundsGoodStereo
Never....ever use a standard summing device on a Bose system. It has all-pass filters and you cannot sum those. With this year truck (Thankfully), you have interfaces available. You must use the interface, a powerful DSP or zero summing.
