I know, that was really surprising to me. And, trying to find decent sized tires for those 18s, that are NOT e-rated is not an easy feat, either. I always thought those big tires running on lifted trucks would gobble up all the road imperfections, but if they're really stiff, I guess they can't provide all that smooth of a ride. I want comfort in a (mostly) street truck, which is why I went Denali to begin with. I think a good All-Season street tire is all I need because I don't go off-road in the true sense of the word, but it's starting to look like I may only be able go 20" rims. I mean, if I go to stock sized tires on an AT4 wheel (which is really the only waty to get an all-season SL tire), which many people sell as take-offs, the smaller diameter would give me even worse gas mileage than I already get with my 6.2L. SIGH
