Hey all!  I've honestly been happy with my elevation, but found myself always wanting a Tundra.  They seem currently even more overpriced than normal in the current environment but I found a good deal on an SR.  They have SO many trim levels, but it sure seems like an SR would be a big step down (despite what my buddy says, who's a Tundra 4 lifer, and drives a 19 TRD PRO).

Anyone contemplated a trade when they finally got refreshed?

My brother works at a multi brand dealer (Chevy, Toyota and Nissan).  I got to check one out finally, I think SR5?  10 speed needs work.  I'm sure its a solid unit, but the shift calibration isn't good.  They had a double cab and a crew, both of which are smaller than GM's double cab and crew.  The crew is a good bit smaller than GM's.  GM shows 44.53in front leg room, 43.4in in the rear where the Tundra crew is 41.2in in the front, 41.6in in the rear.  You can definitely feel it.

Last year in 2022 when I was looking for a new truck, I looked at Silverado High Country, F-150 Lariat, and Tundra 1794. The Tundra looked really stylish but I got inside one and felt a tad underwhelmed because it was missing features although I could not pinpoint what it was missing. It was weird.

The RST Z71 I had in 2019 was too skittish but the 2021 High Country's suspension was comfortable. The Tundra was surprisingly smooth, probably had the best compared to the others.
