While working at CompUSA I had a customer ask me about the cup holder too. I first asked him if it was a joke since i had just heard the cupholder story a few days beforehand. He got a little angry but I explained to him that it was a cd-rom drive and that any drink spilled as a result of putting a cup on the cd-rom would void his warranty (but I don't know if it actually would....) I have a feeling he felt like a huge douchebag for the rest of the day.

Tech asked her to make sure it was pluged in..

 

She said well I'll have to get a flash light the power went out here.

 

The support dude told her to pack it up and send it back she was too stupid to own a computer!!!
