Trailer back up fuse blowing

Bryan Whitehorse

Question

Hello

I hooked up to my buddies trailer and the wiring was messed up on the plug. Now I have no trailer brakes and fuse 10 keeps blowing - fuse trlr bck/up.

the trailer lights work but I have no voltage on the trailer brakes pin on the connector.

Where does circuit 10 go and what component could be shorted causing the fuse to blow?

Thanks

Could be any part of the wiring from the fuse, all the way back to the trailer. Seems fuse 10 powers trailer related components.

What's the abbreviation say for that fuse? What year, make, model are we working on here?
