Looking for front end torque specs for a 2017 chevy 2500 6.0. Cant find them anywhere. 
Upper control arm ball joint nut

outer tie rod

lower ball joint nut

cv axle nut

cv axle to carrier

Sure you can.  Did you try the local dealer?  Very rarely have I had trouble asking parts or service guys there for specs.  Or, Helm.com and purchase the service manual.

 

Lower ball joint nut - 

  1. First Pass: 50 Y (37 lb ft)
  2. Final Pass: (90–100 degrees)

Upper ball joint nut - 50 Y (37 lb ft)

 

Axle nut to CV - 255 Y  (188 lb ft)

 

CV axle to diff axle flange - 79 Y  (58 lb ft)
