Suspension Hardware (Bolts/Nuts) Part Numbers

Replacing my shocks/struts with Bilstein 6112s and 5160s.  Due to the salt on Michigan roads, I would like to be a bit proactive and replace the hardware with fresh OEM pieces.

 

So far, I have the following:

 

• Lower Strut Bolts - 11610404
• Lower Strut Nuts - Provided by Bilstein
• Strut Top Nut - Provided by Bilstein
• Lower Shock Bolts (#17) - 11611958
• Lower Shock Nuts (#18) - ?
• Upper Shock Bolts - Same as Lower?
• Upper Shock Nuts - ?
• Front Leaf Spring Bolt (#11) - 11561039
• Front Leaf Spring Nut (#13) - Included with above?
• Rear Leaf Spring Bolt (#12) - 11588857
• Rear Leaf Spring Nut (#14) - Included with above?

 

Additionally, I picked up the GM 23312166 Strut Mount, 22905563 Strut Bellow, and 22830628 Bump Stop.  Is there anything else that I am missing in order to mount these up?
