Help! Need part number 84649074!

So, about a month ago, I contacted GMPartsDirect.com and ordered P/N 84649074 (Steering wheel spoke Applique, synthesis, black), and, after 3 weeks, they sent me 84649076, in the box with the part number I ordered. Thinking they made a mistake, I sent that one back for a refund, and tried another dealer, in Dallas. 
 

Lo and behold, it happened again! 84649076, in the box that was labeled 84649074. I called this dealer, and they seem to think there was a bad batch or a mixup in packaging from a group of parts.

 

Exhausting my usual connections, I thought I would make a last effort and come here, to see if anyone had this part and was willing to part with it. No pun intended.

Applique P/N 84649076 is a Non-Colored "Less Finish" or "Make From" Part Number. Think of it like a part casting or mold used to make several different Colored Parts, ie High Country Bronze 84649077, Synthesis (W168X) 84649078, Acad Hairlin 84651179, etc

Synthesis/Very Dark Atmosphere (W168X/W309X) Applique P/N 84649074 shows Service Determination Code: Y (Yes), ie Yes, this is a Serviceable Part/Part Number
