Nope.  Needs the shutter assembly replaced.  There are mods out there to eliminate the shutter or the slats, but the actuator must be present still for the U1510 to go away.

Needs the actuator in the system still as it will continue to set the U1510 LIN BUS Communication code.  All the modules in the vehicle need the LIN BUS circuit that's in the shutter to be there otherwise its no go.
