12 V Battery Change e assist truck

Is  there a correct procedure  to change  the 12 V battery in an E Assist truck ( 2018). ???

The orange HV  wiring is present and presents questions as to how  to do it  correctly

Dealer job for sure.  The high voltage system must be disabled first to replace the 12v.  Special tools are required.
