2023 Chevy 3500HD Dually w/Bradford Flat Bed

We just installed a Bradford Built Regular flatbed on our 2023 3500 Dually and cannot get rid of the hyper flash due to the flatbed LED lights. We have been told that an ECM reflash is in the only fix. We’ve tried resistors with no luck.

Dealer Re-flashed my 2016 HD  BCM, when I added LED's causing the Hyperflash Tail Lamps. Cured the issue. Adding the resistors did not help either in that case.

Similar to adding  Tailgate / Bumper LED Light Strip to a '24 GM truck with the new electronics.

Mfg. "Putco", had to design a new controller module, for the "Blade" LED light strip, for GM Trucks.  Without this, caused even the Dash Display AND turn signals to go nuts while in motion !!

Re-Clarify......I said Re-Flash the BCM (body control module). It could have been the ECM as you mentioned. The dealer service dept. will know which to update.

Another place to look would be the GM Up-Fitters' Publications Website. This deals with all sorts of aftermarket Body / Chassis modifications, like Dump Bodies, PTO's, Aux lighting, Plows, etc.
