I have the Retrax and love it. I can't answer your question other than it appears as long as the maximum height of the hitch is at least 1" below the bed height it should be not be an issue.

 I have the Retrax PowertraxONE Tonneau Cover and the B&W companion 5th wheel hitch set at the highest setting and it clears with ease.
