I have a '17 sierra denali, stock ride height, it needs struts all the way around. They were already starting to get a bit bouncy and all 4 were leaking. Then I hit a pot hole, now the service suspension light is on and with every little bump the whole truck bounces around.

I've been doing some research and have decided to delete the magneride all together. I have found several kits to do so, have also found the modules to turn off the service suspension message. My question is do i need to buy a conversion kit or can i just buy standard gas struts and the modules individually? Are the strut mounts on the magneride the same as standard or do those need to be changed as well?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You can piece it together if you wish, no problems doing that.

For the front it's usually easier to just buy the quick struts as you need a very heavy duty spring compressor to do the fronts. I would only trust a wall mounted compressor because these springs are super strong and will break the regular do it yourself tools from a parts store. Been there done that.
