BlackJack997 Posted June 6, 2024 Posted June 6, 2024 Just curious if anybody has had good experiences with aftermarket led headlight assemblies made to replace the stock halogen setup. I came across these today, haven't seen them on an actual truck before. If you have them, would appreciate some feedback. Or if your guys have tried others out, how they holding up?? Also, other than the Gen5 harness, is there a workaround for the low beam DRL?? Don't want to delete it all together either...
GETGONE Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 What is that top one? I haven't seen that before. I have quad projector Spyder brand lights in mine that I've had for over 2 years now. They came with halogen H7 bulbs but I replaced those with Lasfit LED's. I just turn the headlight switch to the left when I start it up to turn off the DRL's. Stock on the passenger side with LED bulbs and replacement on the driver side.

A design that popped up on Amazon here... https://www.amazon.com/Huray-Headlights-Silverado-2019-2021-Passenger/dp/B0CRTTBNKM I didn't come across them until the other day. Those Spyder lights look good on the truck too. I have stock halogen with led replacement bulbs currently. But I now, after 1 year, get intermittent flickering. I think the constant running as DRL has degraded the bulbs.
