Lost Boundary lines on my back up camera screen

I lost the boundary lines on that show up on the screen in reverse my back up camera. Additionally I have a new blue hour glass in the upper L/H corner. Can't figure out what the hour glass is representing and don't know what I did to lose the boundary lines. I need these as I hook up my trailer by myself all the time. Those lines are handy! Has anyone run into the same issue? I've had nothing but problem after problem with the electrical on this truck. Everything from the radio, ON Star, Climate control, the list goes on and on. I'm real close to turning it in on the lemon law! Help please!

I have a '24 AT4 that is doing the same thing.  I've read on other sites similar problems but no clear explanation/fix.  I haven't contacted the dealer yet, but if there's not an easy fix soon I will be doing so.  Have you found a solution yet?

It's going in for warranty work in a week.  They ordered new front and back cameras and the cable that connects them.  I'm not convinced that will solve the problem but we'll see.  I'll circle back after the work is done.  

 

For what it's worth, they will also be addressing the wipers going on when the feel like it (yes, even when the wiper is in the off position), as well as a U0285, code which is a lower grill shutter fault.  I cleared that code and it comes right back on after next start up, which stinks because remote start won't work and I live in Michigan.
