Reverse Backup Lamps Will Not Turn Off

My reverse lamps remain on even if the vehicle is shut down. I have pulled the fuse to temporarily shut them off. I would like to locate the trailer backup lamp relay, but I cannot find it. Any help on the topic or location of the relay would be helpful. 

 

Additional info: When the fuse is in the vehicle thinks I am in reverse at all times. The backup cameras will remain on no matter the gear. I have pulled the main trailer harness next to the spare tire, and there is no corrosion, and the problem persists when unplugged.
