Black screen not responding

This is the second 2019 Silverado I’ve had that has done this every once in a while the screen will be black when I turn on the truck, no back up camera, no nothing. Or other times this is the most common it will freeze the touch screen won’t work but camera still works, but no music plays for either instance any ideas?

I had a lot of weird problems with my infotainment screen. I had to replace my battery recently and it's been working perfectly since then. How old is your battery?
