Steering Wheel Favorites buttons working intermittently

Hello all.  I have a 2024 2500HD Silverado.  After driving 1-3 hours, the radio favorites buttons (back side of steering wheel on the left) quits working.  If I restart the truck after 1-2 minutes, then it is still inoperable.  If the truck is off 5-10 minutes, the buttons resume working.   Obviously, it is a software glitch and not a huge deal since the radio controls on the touch screen work.  Also, my radio is not showing any needs of updates.  I was just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or have any insights.

• Correct password not working when changing from driver profile to new profile
• No incorrect password pop-up when entering incorrect password

• Customer may see a message to "restart the system to complete the update”

• Flash/Flicker when selecting x button or back button on faceplate

Have you heard any issues with the Y172 update? I had this done a month or so ago and it seems to have fixed some of the previous issues I was having, but ever since the update Bluetooth calls have a loud intermittent popping noise. The noise isn't present during Bluetooth audio, just calls.

Is this for any model year? Mine is a 2020 and I've had some of these issues in the past.
