Oxygen sensors for a 2000 California K3500

All the oxygen sensor listings appear to be incorrect or inconclusive for my California 2000 7.4L K3500.  As far as I can tell all the sensors for my year are 4 wire narrow band heated oxygen sensors but they have different plugs.  On my truck all the plugs are the same and the OEM sensors appear to be Denso 234-4103 sensors.  

As long as I find a sensor that fits and the plug is the same is it OK to use?  

I've attached a picture of my sensor plugs.  All four are the same although listings show upstream and downstream are different or they have the slot on the wrong side.

From my looking, I think you've got the correct ones for Cali. Up and down both have same plugs as you show. Denso 2344103
