2014 Silverado goes black.

I have a 2014 silverado and it will be fine for months then all of a sudden when i turn the key to start it, my truck will go completely black. Eventually if i sit there the power will return and i can start the truck. But everything will be reset to factory like the radio stations and clock. This happens every other day then it will go away for months then return to doing it again. What could be the problem?
