Front dome lights went inoperative, along with cargo box light between front seats

Thanks for having me.  I cannot turn these lights on anymore, rocker switch in over head console doesn't work anything except middle row reading lights (overhead). Front dome and cargo box occasionally flicker. This sounds like a grounding issue somewhere, but am at a loss as to where to start checking. Since they flash occasionally, I doubt it is a fuse. Thoughts?

Grounds bulletin.  Two of the symptoms in there are for dome lights acting strange:  18-NA-161 1..6

Thanks newdude. I take into the dealer tomorrow 11/19. Should I mention this tsb to them or will they automatically look this type info up?
