Blown 400 amp fuse

i have a 2022 chevrolet silverado trail boss with the 5.3L engine the 400 amp fuse to the starter is blown the wire to the starter from the battery positive is good and the starter was replaced what else could it be

Engine is bad or going.  READ HERE - 23-NA-170 1..3

 

Also, this should have probably been posted in the correct forum section, the 2019-2015 1500 section in the troubleshooting page, not Hummer EV section.
