Dogs in Double Cabs

May seem like a silly question but how does everyone get their larger dogs in and out of a double cab.

The door opening is small so ramps / steps don't fit very well.

We have a mastiff so jumping in / out and lifting her in / out is not an option.

 

Any thoughts / examples?

Try Pet Loader, seems kind of spendy, but they have a good variety of sizes and widths.

Wowza, they must be pretty proud of those.

I don't doubt they have a solution but for less than ten trips a year in the truck, I will take my chances on something else.

Thank you for the link idea though.
