My 2019 Denali was making this same noise. It sounded like wet rotors when applying the brakes or turning. Then I started having braking issues where on initial use for the day I'd have no brakes the first time I tried stopping, the rest of the day/drive would be fine. Ended up having the entire ebcm unit changed, master cylinder and all. Thank God for extended warranty.  5k repair otherwise.
