Welcome to the forum. Yes you can put the older console into your truck with the 2023 wiring. I wrote 2 very lengthy posts about this install. (Older console into a newer refreshed truck). I searched for the postings but could not find them quickly so you will need to spend the time to search for the info. Essentially you need to remove the key fob sensor from below the jump seat and install it below the used console so your truck recognizes the key fob for the push button start. Then you will need to trace the circuits in the console through the wiring harness (if you got the harness with the console). If I remember correctly the circuits are rear cig. lighter outlet, rear USBs, interior light and ground. I spliced into the console wiring and direct wired the circuits below the passenger side kick plate to the right side fuse block. It was alot of work but absolutely worth the time IMO.

Good luck!
