Is it possible to add the rearview video "mirror" to a 2019 LT?

I have someone who is selling the complete mirror assembly, brake light with camera,and the wiring harness for $190

IS this just plug and play or is it something that has to be programmed?

 I have the 8" IOR radio that has OnStar but not Sirius.

It is plug and play.  No programming required.  I did it on my ‘19 RST.

So got anyone that is selling the 3rd brake light and rear view mirror with the cable for $190? I’d be all over that if someone was!
