Chevy trailblazer 2004 (can't take to dealership)

Won't move when shifted. Ecu replaced still doesn't move. When I push on the gas and brake the reduced engine power came on. Also the odometer light doesn't display.  I just got the car and it came with a replacement ECU that I replaced myself but couldn't finish the key procedure thing because the security light won't stay on for 10 minutes

Some sort of weirdish noise near steering area around the dash. I've also took the dash out and put it back in to see if that would make the odometer work. Nothing worked.

Current condition and problems.

Modifications and repairs made to date with the reason for each.

Does the engine start and idle?

Why are you applying the brake and throttle at the same time?

Why are you replacing the ECU?
