Posting with Pictures, and Avatars..

ok...so I've tried this before. How do you post pictures on threads and change your avatar. I have images on my computer...not on a website. Is this possible?

First you need an image that is online. I use Car Domain as my host. Creating a profile and uploading pictures there is easy. Once you have an image uploaded, copy the URL of the image. This is done by right clicking on the image, selecting "Properties" and copying the URL shown.

 

To put a picture in a post or in your signature, paste the URL between [ img ] and [ /img ] with NO spaces.

 

To use a picture as an avatar, click on "My Controls" and select avatar settings and paste the URL in the text box.
