Looking to replace the jumpseat console in my Brother in laws 24 custom with a full floor console from a 2019. Im almost positive the bolt patterns are the same, i just want to make sure the wiring harness is correct. He does not have the "newer" style gauge cluster or radio.

TIA

Yes the console will fit. No a custom does not have the wiring harness under the passengers side seat for the console. You will need to hard wire the used console into a 2024 custom. It can be done.

There has to be some kind of wiring harness there since he has the jumpseat console with the usb ports in the rear.

You know I cannot answer that question. This is going to get complicated. I have done 2 full console installs in Trail Boss Customs a 2021 and a 2023 refresh. Neither truck had rear USB ports behind the jump seat. The 2023 refresh had like a 2 wire harness for the keyless push button start sensor. No wiring for rear cig lighter, USBs or interior console light. I had to hardwire these circuits and 2 grounds for redundancy.

The back panel from the newer consoles fits the old ones with the trimming of 2 tabs. Then you can reuse the rear seat USB ports from the jump seat and not need to rewire anything.
